restaurant style salsa
It’s tuesday. And around here that means tacos. And since I’m making tacos, you know I’m making salsa to go with them.
And this salsa is my very best knock-off restaurant style fire-roasted tomato salsa. It’s an easy version that everybody loves.
Ingredients:
28oz can fire roasted whole tomatoes
4 oz can diced hatch chilis
juice of two limes
2 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1/4 onion rough chopped
1 bunch cilantro, stems removed
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 jalepeno
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until ingredients are combined and minced.
