You guys! This is the best sauce for topping seafood tacos, if you like your tacos with a slight flavor kick.

It would also be excellent with vegetarian tacos or chicken. Or all the aforementioned in burritos.

Or atop grilled corn. Or potatoes. Or brussels.

I guess the point I’m trying to make, is that this is one of those sauces you need to make. ASAP.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup mayo

1/4 cup melted butter

2 tsp dried chili powder

zest and juice of 1 lime

2 Tbsp crema

1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl, until combined.
