air fried cauliflower bites with homemade buffalo sauce
Who doesn’t love buffalo chicken wings? But also, who doesn’t always want buffalo chicken wings?
May I present my air fried cauliflower bites with homemade buffalo sauce as an alternative? It’s the perfect starter, snack or potluck app.
You won’t miss the chicken, even if you’re watching the big game.
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, broken into bite sized florets
1/4 cup evoo
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup tobasco sauce
5 T butter
1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp trader joes onion salt
1/8 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp honey
scallions, julienned into strips.
Directions:
Preheat air fryer to 425.
Toss cauliflower florets with evoo and salt.
Place in the air fryer for 20 minutes. Shaking occasionally.
Meanwhile, heat tobasco, butter, balsamic, onion salt, worcestershire, and honey over medium low, until melted and combined.
When caulifower is cooked, toss with buffalo sauce and top with scallions.
