sweet and sour air fried shishitos

If you didn’t know, only 1 in every 10 shishitos is spicy… so it’s a little bit of a roulette spin when you eat them. But that’s part of the draw. That, and they are super tasty spice or no spice.
And these babies are air fried, and tossed in a sweet and sour sauce that makes them just perfect.
Ingredients:
1 package shishitos
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp fish sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
Preheat air fryer at 390 for 5 minutes.
Toss shishitos with sesame oil.
Air fry until crispy - about 20 minutes - tossing occasionally.
Whisk together vinegar, honey, aminos, fish sauce, and garlic.
When shishitos are cooked, remove from air fryer and toss with sweet and sour mixture.
Serve.
