I mean. Can we talk about the perfect gin cocktail?

It’s 100 percent the gimlet.

And, as someone who’s totally in her gin era… yes ma’am. It’s the gimlet for me. And I’ve had the opportunity to try a few with cucumber. And can I just say? This is the total play.

Ingredients:

2 oz gin

juice of 1 lime

1 oz simple syrup

1/2 cucumber, peeled, and rough chopped

Directions:

Add cucumber to a shaker. Muddle.

Fill shaker with ice.

Add gin, lime juice, and simple syrup.

Shake until chilled and combined.

Strain into glasses.

Top with sliced cucumbers.
