air stir fry

Perfect vegetable side for any dinner.

Easy to execute in the air fryer.

Simple side for weeknight dinners.

Literally, the best.

Ingredients:

1/2 onion, diced

1/2 shallot, diced

1 zucchini, quartered lengthwise and sliced

1 large or two small broccoli florets, cut into bite sized pieces

1 Tbsp evoo

1 tsp trader joe’s umami seasoning

1 tsp trader joe’s onion salt

Directions:

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.

Toss all veggies with evoo and seasonings.

Spread in single layer on air fryer tray.

“Fry” for 15 minutes, or until veggies are crispy.
