jeremy johnson guacamole

“Holy guacamole! You sure are a handful.”

If you aren’t a phineas and ferb fan, this will all make zero sense to you. But our family is. Such huge fans that we all even went as characters from the show one halloween. I was candice, jamie was doofenshmirtz, ty was ferb, dyl was phineas, avy was isabella, and colin made the cutest perry the platypus you have ever seen. Best homemade costume I ever did.

One of the many wonderful things about P&F was their wonderful catchphrases. One of which was holy guacamole, most oft spoken by jeremy johnson.

Thus, I decided to name this quick and easy quacamole that our whole family loves (no tomatoes or onions), and can all make on their own, on a variation of that catch phrase, because you too will be running around the house shouting, “holy guacamole” once you taste it.

Ingredients:

3 avocados, halved, peeled and pitted

juice of 2 limes

1 tsp trader joe’s onion salt

1 tsp salt

Directions:

In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients, using a fork to mash up the avocado.
