cheesy cauliflower flatbread

Cauliflower and cheese? Yes please!

This is seriously such a good combo, and so easy to do.

Even if you aren’t looking to avoid carbs, the flavor combo is what this is made for!

Bonus, you can use the cauliflower crust recipe again and again, as a pizza crust for any topping you choose.

Ingredients:

4 cups rough chopped cauliflower florets

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp onion salt

1/2 cup pork panko

1 egg

1 Tbsp evoo

3 handfuls of shredded mozzarella

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450.

In a food processor, pulse cauliflower, salt, onion salt, panko, and egg until cauliflower is riced and all ingredients are combined.

You should be able to squeeze cauliflower mixture together and have it stick. Form into a rectangle on a flour dusted parchment lined oven safe tray.

Bake approximately 25 minutes, until cauliflower crust has set and is cooked through.

Drizzle olive oil over crust. Top with mozzarella and then garlic powder.

Bake until cheese is melted and starts to turn golden brown. About 12 minutes.
