grilled korean ribs

Obsessed with korean ribs. Obsessed.

Can’t even remember when I first had them; just that i love how korean ribs take short ribs, completly change everything about them.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rice wine vinegar

1 cup soy

1 1/2 cup orange juice

2 cloves garlic, grated

1 knob ginger, grated

1/3 cup sesame oil

juice of 2 limes

2/3 cup coconut aminos

3 green onions, sliced

1 Tbsp ground corriander

5 lbs flanken ribs

Directions:

Heat grill to medium high.

Whisk together all ingredients, other than ribs.

Add in ribs, and let marinate for 30 minutes.

Remove ribs from marinade, and grill until cooked through. 3 - 5 minutes per side.
