truffle honey caprese
It’s your next obsession.
And y’all know my obsession with tomatoes, in any iteration. Especially when the weather starts to turn.
Ingredients:
handful baby arugula
2 medium heirloom tomatoes, halved and sliced
1 ball of burrata, torn
12 leaves of basil
truffle infused honey
evoo
maldon salt
Directions:
Spread out arugula on a plate. Top with sliced tomatoes, burrata, and basil.
Drizzle with honey and evoo.
Top with a sprinkle of salt.
