This is prolly my favorite singular brunch item in la jolla. If anyone in the house is hankering for brunch food? I’m voting for nine-ten and the short rib toast.

The egg is runny, and when mixed with the mornay sauce (hello truffle!), is sheer perfection. The short rib is tender and full of flavor.

Even the acidity of the green salad pairs perfectly.

Plus, peach bellinis? It’s a total home run.
