hot honey fruit caprese

Caprese. But make it fruit forward. Oh, and red, white, and blue so you can bring to the patriotic holiday potluck of your choice.

Also. So easy, there’s really not a lot to it.

Ingredients:

1 mini seedless watermelon, scooped out with a melon baller.

1 clamshell blackberries

1 container mozerella pearls

handful of basil leaves, thinly sliced

mike’s hot honey

white balsamic

evoo

maldon salt

Directions:

Toss melon, berries, pearls and basil together.

Drizzle with honey, balsamic, and evoo. Sprinkle with salt.
