crab rangoon wontons
I mean… does anything hit better than crispy wonton skins encasing imitation crab and cream cheese? Who doesn’t want a quick dippable bite to snack on? Before the game, during the game, on wednesday… whenever.
And that’s where these homemade crab rangoon wontons come into play.
Kinda the perfect play.
Ingredients:
avocado oil
4oz imitation crab
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 8oz block cream cheese
spash of fish sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
wonton wrappers
Directions:
Heat avocado oil to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, shred krab. Add scallions, cream cheese, fish sauce and garlic. Combine.
Wipe water around the sides of each wonton wraper. Place a spoonful of crab mixture inside. Bring opposite corners together, and then bring in opposite sides to create the wonton.
Fry wontons until golden brown and remove.
Serve with sweet chili sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
