steak fajita pizza

Another friday night, another pizza… except this is not friday, and this is a taco tuesday pizza. All the flavors of steak fajitas jam packed on one pizza crust topped with cilantro pesto.

Trust me, this is a good one, no matter what day of the week you eat it.

Ingredients:

pizza dough (homemade or store bought)

cilantro pesto

new york steak , cooked

radish, sliced

bell pepper, sliced

white button mushrooms, sliced

onions, sliced

shredded mozarella

1/4 avocado, sliced

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450.

Par bake crust for 5 minutes on lower rack.

Spread each individual pizza with cilantro pesto. Top with 1/4 of a steak, 1/2 radish, 1/4 bell pepper, 1/2 mushroom, couple of slices of onions, and 3/4 - 1 cup cheese, per preference.

Bake in top 3rd of the oven for about 10 minutes, until crust is cooked through, cheese is melty, and slightly browning. Top with fresh avocado. 1/4 per pizza. Drizzle more pesto over top.
