cucumber sake-tini

For those nights you just want a little something different.

Ingredients:

cucumber, peeled and chopped with intact sliced for garnish

3 oz sake

blanc vermouth

Directions:

Add a handful of cucumber to shaker. Muddle.

Add in sake. Top with ice.

Shake to chill/combine.

Rinse a chilled martini glass with vermouth.

Pour in sake.

Top with cucumber slice.
