pico pico salsa

Another tuesday, another salsa. This one’s an iteration of pico de gallo. All the fresh, hand-chopped goodness for your taco enjoyment.

Ingredients:

3 roma tomatoes, chopped

1/2 jalepeno, thinly diced

1/2 onion, minced

1 bunch cilantro, stems removed, rough chopped

juice of 2 1/2 limes

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
