fresh tomatillo salsa

I mean, can you ever have enough salsa variety?

I think not.

Ingredients:

6 large tomatillos, peeled, washed, and quartered

handful of cilantro leaves

2 green onion

juice of 1 lime

1/2 jalapeño, seeds for spice, no seeds for mild

1 clove of garlic

1 Tbsp avocado oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black ground pepper

1 avocado, peeled and pitted

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a vitamix or blender. Puree until combined.
