baked brie with cranberry sauce and rosemary

Holy bites of deliciousness. I mean, seriously guys. This is the app you need to be serving at all of your holiday gatherings.

Baked brie, wrapped in rosemary studded puff pastry after being wrapped with prosciutto and topped with cranberry sauce. It’s kinda the bomb dot com. And your guests? They’ll be talking about it indefinitely.

Ingredients:

1 sheet puff pastry

1 tsp minced fresh rosemary

1 3oz package proscuitto

1 oz wheel of triple cream brie

3 -4 Tbsp cranberry sauce

1 egg, whisked

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400.

Defrost puff pastry according to package instruction.

Spread sheet out over a floured surface. Sprinkle rosemary over the pastry. Roll to smooth out pastry and incorporate rosemary.

Spread out prosciutto slices in a circle. Place brie wheel in the center. Fold prosciutto up and over cheese. Place in center of puff pastry.

Top with cranberry sauce.

Pull pastry up and fold over, discarding extra. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.

Brush with egg.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Serve with additional bread and crudités.
