sangria style rum punch

This sangria style rum punch is perfect for long summer days spent out at the pool. It travels well and serves a crowd.

It’s seriously refreshing. But don’t take my word for it.

Ingredients:

3 passion fruit, seeds and pulp scooped out

1 papaya, seeds discarded, peeled, and chopped

1 lemon, thinly sliced

1 lime, thinly sliced

1 orange, thinly sliced

1 nectarine, pitted and sliced

juice of 2 oranges

1 cup passion fruit juice

1 cup sparkling guava juice

1 cup white rum

1/2 cup spiced rum

2 Tbsp orgeat syrup

Directions:

Add passion fruit seeds/pulp, papaya, sliced lemon, lime, and orange, and nectarine to a large pitcher or glass jar.

Top with both rums, orange juice, orgeat, passion fruit juice and sparkling guava. Stir to combine. Let sit for 4 hours before serving.

Add ice to individual glasses. Top with punch and some of the fruit. Float additional sparkling guava juice on top.
