Looking for a quick and easy lunch? Look no further.

These blat wraps are not only easy, but light on the tummy, and chock full of vegetable yuminess.

It’s a blt without all the heaviness. A salad you can eat with your hands.

Ingredients:

1 package of bacon

romaine lettuce leaves

1 tomato, sliced and halved

1 avocado, peeled, pitted, sliced

mayo

Directions:

Place bacon on a single layer oven baking sheet. To minimize your clean up, layer sheet with tin foil first. Place in middle rack in oven. Preheat oven to 450.

By the time the oven hits 450, the bacon will be cooked. If you like it crispy, cook for an additional 5 minutes at 450, checking occasionally.

Take a romaine lettuce leaf, and layer tomato, avocado, and strips of bacon. Top with mayo.
