cast iron peach and prosciutto pizza

Honestly. There are no words. You just have to make it for yourself.

Fresh peaches. Prosciutto. Labneh. Okay, maybe just a few words.

Ingredients:

20oz pizza dough, homemade or store bought

avocado oil spray

labneh

3 castelvetrano olives, sliced

1 slice red onion, halved

1 Tbsp sliced pepperoncini

1/2 white peach, sliced

3 slices prosciutto

thinly sliced zucchini rounds

quartered artichoke hearts

2oz herbed goat cheese

micro greens

balsamic vinegar

finishing salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450.

Let dough sit on a floured surface for 30 minutes before cooking.

Dust dough all over with flour.

Spray a large cast iron pan with avocado oil. Dust pan with flour.

Stretch out dough to cover bottom of cast iron pan.

Cook dough on bottom shelf for 7 minutes.

Cook dough on top shelf for 7 minutes.

Cook dough on bottom shelf for 7 more minutes.

Spread dough with labneh. Top with peaches, olives, onion, pepperoncini, zucchini, artichokes, and proscuitto. Sprinkle with goat cheese.

Bake for 15 -20 minutes.

Remove from oven. Let sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with micro greens and finishing salt. Drizzle with balsamic.
