air fried chicken flautas

Yet again another quick and easy weeknight meal for your taco tuesday dinning pleasure… or really any other day of the week.

So easy to throw together, and then simply place in the air fryer and cook until crispy and then top with some cheese, shredded scallions, and dip in your favorite salas, guac, and or sour cream.

Ingredients:

2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded (use a rotisserie chicken if you want to make your life even easier)

3 Tbsp crema (mexican table sour cream)

3 Tbsp chicken stock

1 tsp salt

avocado oil

flour tortillas, fajita size

shredded cheddar cheese

sliced green scallions

Directions:

Preheat air fryer to 400.

Spray the basket with avocado oil.

In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, crema, salt, and chicken stock until combined.

Spread chicken mixture in the middle of the tortilla, and roll up. Place inside air fryer basket.

Continue until basket is full.

Spray the tops of tortillas with avocado spray.

Check every few minutes, and air fry, until tortillas are crispy.

Top with shredded cheese. Air fry until cheese has melted.

Top with scallions and serve with salsa, guac, and sour cream.
