herbed coconut ranch dressing

This herbed, coconut milk flavored dressing is the perfect topping for the summer salads of your dreams.

It pairs perfectly with chicken, can be used as a marinade, and is heavy enough to stand up to steak. Heck, you could even slather it on french bread and bake until melty.

It’s just that good.

Ingredients:

1 cup avocado mayo

1/4 cup coconut milk

1 shallot, sliced

1 handful cilantro leaves

1 handful dill leaves

1/2 handful tarragon leaves

1/2 handful basil leaves

juice of 1 loemon

1 clove garlic

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp white pepper

1 tsp trader joe’s onion salt

1 tsp dried parsley

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a pint sized mason, or similar, jar. Use an immersion blender to combine and

cut down all ingredients.
