michelada marinated flank steak tacos with saucy salsa

So ya’ll know I’ve shared my michelada marinated flank steak… which is amazing and awesome in its own right.

But then, if you take that flank steak and put it on a taco, combined with my saucy salsa and it’s a whole new vibe.

Trust me.

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp vinegar

2 aneheim peppers, seeds and stems removed, rough chopped

1 tsp salt

1 clove garlic

1/2 tsp white pepper

14 oz strained tomatoes

1/2 large purple onion

jicama tortillas

guacamole

michelada marinated flank steak, sliced

white onion, diced

cilantro, stems removed and leaves torn

Directions:

In a blender, combine vinegar, peppers, salt, garlic, pepper, strained tomatoes and onion. Puree until mostly sooth.

Place a jicama tortilla down.

Spread with guac.

Top with flank steak.

Sprinkle cilantro and onion over.

Spoon a healthy amount of salsa over top.

Serve.
