Seriously? It doesn’t get better than hot dogs in brioche rolls, over a dijon egg yolk spread, slathered with caviar and chives.

Like, I am NOT kidding. Make this. And often.

Ingredients:

juice of 1/2 lemon

4 cooked egg yolks

1 Tbsp dijon mustard

1 pack of hot dogs, halved

brioche buns, halved

butter

creme fraiche

caviar

chives, minced

Directions:

Mix together juice, yolks, and dijon. Set aside.

Cook hot dogs however you prefer.

Spread brioche rolls with butter, and toast.

Spread yolk mixture on bottom of brioche buns. Top with cooked dogs.

Drizzle dogs with creme fraiche.

Spoon caviar on top.

Sprinkle with chives and serve.
