cripsy parm potatoes
When I tell you these cripsy parmesan potatoes make the perfect side; i mean these potatoes are perfect.
Quick and easy in the oven, and packed with so much flavor you won’t believe it. And easy. Did I say easy? Like halve, toss, and roast for 30 - 45 minutes easy.
Ingredients:
16 oz baby red potatoes, halved
1 bunch italian parsley leaves, rough chopped
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup freshly grated parmesan reggiano cheese
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.
Toss all ingredients together, and lay out on a foil lined oven safe tray, cut side down.
Bake in the middle shelf for 30 minutes.
Move to the bottom shelf and bake for 10 minutes or until cut sides are crispy.
