pickle whiskey sour
At last year’s california adventure food and wine festival one of the runaway favorites was the pickle whiskey sour. So much so that I might have declared I was going to work on an at home version. And I have. And I did. And now you can.
Ingredients:
2 oz whiskey
1 1/2 oz pickle juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
extra pickle juice
tajin
pickle spear
Directions:
Dip rim of a glass in pickle juice and then tajin. Fill with ice.
Combine all liquids in a shaker. Add ice. Shake until cold. Pour over ice. Add pickle spear.
