sake old fashioned

While I love an iconic old fashioned, there is just something about this sake version that slaps.

Ingredients:

raw sugar cube

peach bitters

large ice cube

2.5 oz dry sake

marachino cherry

orange peel

Directions:

Place sugar cube in a tumbler. Top with a couple dashes of peach bitters.

Muddle.

Pour in sake and stir.

Add ice.

Garnish with cherry and twisted orange peel.
