blapt pasta salad
This is what happens when you take all the ingredients from your favorite blat sandwich, add in some dill and peas and toss with pasta.
Perfection.
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked elbow pasta
1 package bacon, cooked and diced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
1 cup cooked peas
1 bunch dill
1/2 cup mayo
juice of one lemon
salt to taste
Directions:
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
