midori margarita

Can’t go wrong with a classic.

And to think I used to think when ordering a fancy frozen melon margarita at casa de bandini, I thought it was real melon.

Which is how I do it these days. Except when ease and nostalgia creep in.

Ingredients:

2 oz tequila

1 oz midori

juice of ½ lime

lime wedge

tajin

Directions:

Rub the edge of the glass with lime wedge. Then dip in tajin.

Add ice to fill.

In a shaker combine tequila, midori and lime juice.

Strain into glass and serve.
