Marcona almonds, are flatter, rounder, and imported from Spain. They are also more buttery, sweeter, and less bitter than regular almonds. The mild taste makes them the perfect almond for desserts, sauces, and purées.

Not only that, but they are perfect for snacking, for upping your charcuterie game, and for flavoring. I like to toss them with truffle salt, dried rosemary, or good old trader joe’s onion salt. They are also great with tajin, togarashi, and pumpkin pie spice.
