So… this is the spice additive you never knew you needed.

I never knew I needed it, until my sister-in-law introduced it to me as an element in a salad dressing she brought to a family pot luck.

Since then? It’s always in my fridge. I use it in salad dressings, nuoc cham, the spice addition in stir fry’s, egg rolls, sweet and sour sauce, etc. It is just the best chili paste out there and will do wonders in flavoring your food.
