frenched green beans

So don’t @ me, but I don’t like green beans. Sorry, not sorry.

However, what I do love is frenched green beans. And yes, I know they are the same thing. I know it’s the same vegetable, but they taste 100,000 versions of different to me.

So, give me green beans, and let me french them and cook them in butter and salt

Ingredients:

2lbs green beans

1 tsp salt

3 Tbsp butter

Directions:

Wash and trim green beans.

Halve beans on a bias. With larger beans, I split them in 3rds or 4ths.

Melt butter in a large saucepan on medium heat. Add beans and salt.

Sauté until beans are tender, but still bright gree.
